Running your own business is difficult enough. However, setting up your office space doesn't have to be. It can be a fun process if you enjoy decorating.
When I started my business I didn't have any extra funds, so I had to be creative when it came to setting up my office space. I purchased all of my items from Thrift stores, the Goodwill, Offerup, Letgo, and The Marketplace on FaceBook. I made my space my own.
When setting up your space make sure you have all of the essential you will need to be comfortable. Make sure your space is quiet, clean and free of clutter. I find when my space if free of clutter, so is my brain...LOL. Make sure you have the outlets needed to run your equipment. Make sure you have the office supplies you need, and have them readily available. Believe it or not, the Goodwill and thrift stores are great places to find office supplies and some electronics. However, if you purchase electronics from them make sure they work, and what their return policy is.
Remember, you may be in this space from 4-8 hours a day. Make sure you let your little ones, and your spouses know what your work hours are so they want disturb you.
